Karl Heyer IV is the managing member of Heyer & Associates.

He has a proven track record of success in new business development, project feasibility, and sales and marketing, particularly in the high-rise luxury market in Honolulu. Karl is highly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and is able to offer valuable insights on economic conditions, inventory, and historical perspective. He has a unique ability to convey complex financial and sales strategies to developers, providing guidance from the predevelopment phase through market analysis and feasibility studies.

Karl is known for his expertise in bringing together the various components of real estate development projects, including government regulations, legal considerations, lending requirements, design concepts, construction plans, marketing efforts, and sales strategies. He has a talent for creating accurate cash flow pro formas that model the development process and help developers make informed decisions. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Chaminade University of Honolulu. He was born and raised in Hawaii and is an alumni of Punahou School.

Jeanne Murata seamlessly mastered the art of balancing her dual responsibilities as the Principal Broker and Director of Project Development at Heyer & Associates, LLC while simultaneously holding the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Ocean Investments, LLC.

Her leadership and expertise across both domains have solidified her reputation as an industry leader, effectively navigating the complexities of overseeing two distinct, high-profile organizations. Throughout her career, Jeanne held key roles at Stone and Ko Olina Companies, driving over $500 million in resort and project transactions, including the former Ihilani Hotel and Ko Olina Golf Course acquisitions.

She also managed the real property division for The Harry and Jeannette Weinberg Foundation and its affiliates, consisting of approximately 292 properties throughout the Hawaiian Islands, generating over $40 million in annual lease revenue. Jeanne was born and raised in Hawaii and is a graduate of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. She is fluent in both the English and Japanese languages.
